I brought myself and my two children based on a recommendation from one my office colleagues. Very glad to have made the switch to Greenwaysmiles. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a filling and Zoom whitening. The dentist and technician handled my filling beautifully and I had minimal pain.

The Zoom whitening was relatively comfortable and my results were great. I just wish they’d given me aftercare information about possible sensitivity, pain and how to manage it.

Saw Dr. Sundaram last week for a routine cleaning which was a few months overdue so I had some stains from coffee/red wine which she worked diligently to remove. The process for xrays was quick and easy. Dr. Sundaram and her staff are always so pleasant and they take good care of you while you’re there, ensuring you’re comfortable at all times. La

dies at the front desk are always eager to greet you as soon as you walk in. Great job Greenwaysmiles! 🙂

The receptionist isn’t very friendly. I felt I was inconveniencing her when I called to make the appointments and when I came in. She even rolled her eyes at something the dentist told her to do. I loved the previous receptionist and I really like the dentist and her assistants, but I am not so sure I can continue to go to them if I have to endure

 the front desk to get to them! The online appointment system was a waste of time. I put in my information and request for four dental visits and never received the promised callback. If there had been a portion to rate the front desk I would give her one star.

My wife, who escorted me due to my sedation, was not given an outbrief, so we don’t know when the follow up appointment is.
All previous experience with this dentist was great. No idea how this happened and things went so badly this time.

This dentist is not very comfortable dealing with people. And I felt left out of the process.

Probably a competent dentist. She diagnosed the problems with my help explaining some things. But, she stood behind me to introduce herself and talk. I had to swivel around to make eye contact.
Never showed me what she saw in the x-ray, Had t

o take her word.
The cleaning -yes I had a coupon – was very light and limited. But if she wanted a new patient, this was not the way to go.
I felt I was a mouth with x number of teeth and not a person who would become a patient and spend lots of money for any treatments.
The dental assistant was very kind and did a good job.
This dentist is not very comfortable dealing with people. And I felt left out of the process, even though she did explain her treatment recommendation.
Would I give her the chance to play with my teeth — not sure.

Dr. Sundaram is very thorough and takes the time to do a fantastic cleaning.

This is my second cleaning and look forward to seeing her in 6 months.

As I am plagued by a serious dental phobia, my visit was just about as perfect as I could hope for. Sedation is the way to go for someone like me. The entire thing seemed like it took about 10 minutes and thats only because there were two monentary instances of consciousness. After the second time I “came to”, the next thing I knew, I was home in

my bed with my dental work behind me. Excellent.

Assistant seemed a bit inexperienced in performing xray. Rcv’d a few cuts in my mouth from poor placement of xray ‘pads’. The attached cable seems awkward and hangs from side of mouth during the picture taking. No offer of a tissue when removing xray pad from mouth. Had white polish all over my face when I looked in the mirror after leaving. Perha

ps a mirror in each room for patient to ‘clean-up’ after a cleaning or dental procedure and tissues offered prior to would be helpful. Dr. S. is always great but her assistants need a bit more training/experience. They need to imagine being the patient and not an object in the chair.

I had my tooth cleaning,refilling and crown in Greenway smiles.It is an amazing place.The whole team is amazing!  really cares about the work and your comfort during the any operation,and tells you every step she will make it.Asking you if you are doing well or if you have any pain that stuff.She makes you understand why you need to be in dental process.I’m so happy to meet everyone in Greenway Smiles and I recommend everyone to go there and meet excellent people in the field and environment.You will forget your fears about dentist and dental process and meet hygiene and professionalism.Thank you for everything.

Okay so sitting in a dentist chair is not my idea of fun but this office makes it tolerable. Everyone was quite nice and I like that the dentist herself did my cleaning instead of giving that job to the tech and rushing off to another patient. She took time with me and answered my questions and presented options to me for my complicated dental his

tory.

Dr. Preethi Sundaram is amazing. She is very friendly and an excellent dentist. Everyone on her staff is very friendly and wait time is usually very short. I had my wisdom teeth pulled on Friday and she called me at home on Saturday to check on how I was doing. That’s very uncommon nowadays and show she really cares about her patients. I have TMJ

and she’s very knowledgeable on the subject. I now actually enjoy going to the dentist. I send all my co workers there. I travel a lot for work and often have to reschedule appts but they always work with me. Great practice!!!
